No. Famflix is free for you. Plex itself is free on phones, tablets, web, smart TVs and consoles. The Plex mobile apps may ask for a one-off "Plex Pass" unlock (~£5) for offline downloads on iPhone/Android — strictly optional.
Up to 4K HDR for films and TV that have it. Lossless audio for albums where available. Plex auto-adjusts the stream quality to your connection so nothing buffers.
Yes — with the free Plex mobile app and a one-time Plex Pass purchase on your account (~£5). Useful for flights or hotels with bad Wi-Fi.
Plex defaults to "auto" quality, which uses very little data on mobile. You can also set a hard cap in Settings → Quality. On Wi-Fi it streams full quality automatically.
Yes. You get your own Plex profile, your own watchlist, your own continue-watching. I cannot see what you watch.
Each person needs their own Plex account so watch progress stays separate. Send me each email — I'll add them.
99% of the time it's the app needing a restart. If that doesn't fix it, message me — I can see the server logs and usually have it sorted in minutes.
